Fume Exhaust Fans

Model FJ is available is belt or direct drive configurations for AMCA class 0, I or II. Standard system height of 7 ft (2 m) and extended height 10 ft (3 m) is also available. The fan and stack assembly has been designed and factory tested to withstand a force of 40 PSF (equivalent to 125 mph) without the need for guy-wires. Options are available for spark resistance, fan mounting type, EC motor technology, and factory installed VFD controls. Applications include food packaging, welding, paint systems, and wastewater treatment exhaust systems among others.

Model FJC is a belt-driven, arrangement 10 unit available in either coated steel or galvanized finish construction. The unit has a compact footprint with motor and drives located under a common weather hood. The fan and stack assembly has been designed and factory tested to withstand a force of 34 PSF (equivalent to 115 mph) without the need for guy-wires. Typical applications inlcude manufacturing exhaust, medical instrument sterilization, and isolation rooms.
