Energy Recovery Ventilators

The microprocessor controls all aspects of a unit's operation. It is factory-programmed, wired and tested to match the configuration for each job. The controller is ideal for jobs requiring standalone unit operation and those requiring building management communication capabilities. Network communication is available over the following protocols: BACnet MS/TP or IP, Modbus RTU or IP.

End-users no longer need physical access to the unit mounted microprocessor to adjust control point parameters. The optional remote interface displays and allows control point parameters to be adjusted. The remote interface is available as an accessory to the microprocessor or network interface.

The ECV uses a total energy core with options for fan VFDs, microprocessor controls, BMS integration and core economizer for indoor or outdoor installations.

The MiniCore uses a total energy fiber membrane core, direct drive fans, and Vari-Green® electronically commutated motors. Designed for indoor installations, the MiniCore can mount in any orientation and features configurable intake and discharge connections.

The ERV low profile design with several duct configurations allows for floor-mounted, ceiling-hung, or outdoor installations. Access panels or optional hinged doors provide easy access to the unit’s energy wheel, filters, motors, and controls. Optional fan VFDs, BMS integration, and wheel economizer are also available.

This unit offers many configurations and is designed for easy installation on rooftops or outdoor ground pad mounting. Weatherproof, double-wall insulated housing with hinged access doors allows for easy access to the unit’s wheel, filters, motors, and controls. Utilizing highly efficient total enthalpy wheels, the ERVi was designed using the latest energy recovery technology and controls while minimizing the footprint, access, and service clearances needed. The ERVi is the ideal indoor solution offering a wide range of flexibility and configurations to fit any application.

The compact design of the MiniVent provides an economical solution for small spaces within a larger building, such as school classrooms and small offices. Configurable intake positions allow for floor mounted or ceiling-hung installations. Each unit comes standard with backdraft dampers and Vari-Green® electronically commutated motors.

The SYNC110 offers a 50-130 CFM operational range with 3 high-speed options and is powered by two Electronically Commutated Motors (ECM) with adaptive, variable speed technology programmed to adapt to the static pressure associated with a dirty filter or core. The motor reacts to increased static pressure by increasing its speed to ensure you have the airflow required to maintain a healthy balance.

This ERV comes in both top and side-port configurations and offers a 75-200 CFM operational range with 3 high-speed options and is powered by two Electronically Commutated Motors (ECM) with adaptive, variable speed technology programmed to adapt to the static pressure associated with a dirty filter or core. The side-port unit features best-in-class core efficiency with a Sensible Recovery Efficiency (SRE) of 84%.

When paired with the PrecisionSYNC Control, you can measure the maximum airflow capacity of the installation and dial in precise airflow to meet design and code requirements.
