Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our Islamabad team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting all Khan Brothers business units by engaging customers, providing technical expertise, and driving sales growth across verticals. 

Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple verticals (Automation, HVAC-R, Building Systems, Appliances).

  • Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, and system integrators in Islamabad and Northern Pakistan.

  • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations tailored to customer needs.

  • Work with the Business Development & Operations team to achieve growth targets.


Technical Consultation & Support

  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on product selection and applications.

  • Collaborate with product managers to design solutions that meet client specifications.

  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting, installation guidance, and application optimization.

  • Stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and industry trends to provide cutting-edge recommendations.


Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between customers and Khan Brothers’ vertical heads.

  • Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity with internal teams.

  • Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and ROI analyses.

  • Contribute to joint sales calls and customer visits with vertical leads.


Customer Engagement & After-Sales

  • Provide after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Arrange customer training sessions, demonstrations, and product awareness activities.

  • Coordinate with the Service Division for on-site support when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or solution engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation, HVAC-R, or related technologies (multi-vertical exposure preferred).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.

  • Strong problem-solving ability with an aptitude for learning new technologies.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Northern Pakistan.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM familiarity (Odoo or similar) preferred.
