Refrigerators, Air Conditioners and LCD/LEDs in collaboration with Electrolux Global in Pakistan.

8- Computerized Performance Testing CPT-XD
Most importantly, all the above mentioned equipments are integrated with single Logger PC via Agramkow Special tool PLIS (Production Line Information System). PLIS is designed to enable appliance manufacturers to measure and improve every process in the production line while at the same time providing new insight into how they can make their line more productive. It gives you a single, consistent view of your production line and fundamental analytical capabilities that offer superior performance, scalability and online data which can be utilized in after sales as well for better traceability.
Commissioning:
Total Twenty Two Leybold Vacuum Pumps with CVC-NANO each are installed, Ninety
Nine CPT-XD Boxes are installed with Two Temperature Sensors Each for both freezer and refrigerator compartments of a cabinet. Logger PC is installed to record all the manufactured cabinet’s log starting from assembly to its packing based on r unique Barcode for better traceability and to improve productivity. The system is running smoothly since June, 2012.
