At our Sundar Industrial Park facility, we host a state-of-the-art Electronic Service Laboratory — the first of its kind in Pakistan by any distributor or VFD supplier. Outfitted with world-class diagnostic and testing equipment imported from Germany and the USA, this lab enables precision repairs and advanced troubleshooting under internationally recognized safety protocols and SOPs.
We are seeking a Service Engineer with a strong background in Electrical/Electronics and hands-on experience in Maintenance and Operations to join this cutting-edge facility, specializing in repair, maintenance, and on-site diagnostic support for Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Key Responsibilities
Technical Service & Maintenance
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair LV & MV VFDs (Danfoss, Rockwell, Control Techniques, AuCom, Siemens, etc.).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical/electronic equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis of drive failures and propose sustainable solutions.
Prepare detailed service and diagnostic reports for each case handled.
Adhere strictly to lab safety SOPs to ensure compliance with international standards.
On-Site Support & Customer Interaction
Visit customer facilities and factories across Pakistan for on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
Assist with installation, commissioning, and performance testing of VFDs and related automation systems.
Provide technical guidance and training to customer teams to ensure reliable operations.
Work closely with internal Sales & Product teams to align customer needs with service insights.
Lab Management & Continuous Improvement
Maintain lab equipment, testing tools, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure highest standards of quality assurance in every repair.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in industrial electronics and drives.
Contribute to innovation and process improvements to maximize service efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or equivalent diploma with strong hands-on experience).
2–4 years of practical experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of LV & MV VFDs and industrial electronic equipment.
Strong knowledge of power electronics, control systems, and automation technologies.
Familiarity with international diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, specialized drive testing tools).
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Commitment to safety-first practices with strict adherence to SOPs.
Willingness to travel frequently for on-site service assignments across industrial sectors.
